Non-attendance Policy

​If you wish to change or cancel an appointment, we ask for 24 hours’ notice so that we have adequate time to re-book someone else on our waiting list. Any changes or cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur the $110 non-attendance fee

To continue delivering a high standard of service without increasing prices to offset missed appointments, we do not factor in revenue loss from non-attendance. As a result, we must strictly apply our non-attendance fee policy to keep the practice running.

The non-attendance fee is required to be paid before any further appointments can be booked. An invoice will be issued via Stripe or can be paid in clinic. This policy also applies to all appointment changes and cancellations, with no exceptions. It remains in effect even in cases of illness, including COVID-19, affecting you or a family member.
