Guided by our physiotherapist, sessions are tailored to support rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall movement quality using the specialised reformer machine. Suitable for all fitness levels, Reformer Pilates can help manage pain, build core stability, and support recovery in a safe and controlled environment.
Running Physio
Running physiotherapy focuses on the assessment, treatment, and prevention of running-related injuries. Whether you’re a beginner, recreational runner, or competitive athlete, our physiotherapists provide tailored treatment plans to help improve performance, reduce pain, and prevent recurring injuries. We assess factors such as strength, mobility, running technique, and training load to support a safe and efficient return to running.

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment used by physiotherapists to help reduce pain and promote healing in muscles, tendons, and other soft tissues. Using targeted acoustic waves, the treatment stimulates blood flow and supports the body’s natural recovery process, making it effective for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, Achilles tendinopathy, and shoulder pain.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a physiotherapy technique used to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve movement. Fine sterile needles are inserted into targeted trigger points within the muscles to help release tightness, improve blood flow, and support the body’s natural healing response. Commonly used for conditions such as neck pain, back pain, headaches, and sporting injuries, dry needling is often combined with other physiotherapy treatments to achieve the best results.

NDIS Physiotherapy
We provide physiotherapy for people living with disability under Self-managed and Plan managed NDIS scheme, supporting individuals to improve mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life.
