Purpose of the System: This innovative approach was adopted to enable us to focus more on interpersonal communication during sessions, rather than being preoccupied with manual note-taking. This shift also aims at providing more accurate and detailed documentation to your medical team.

About Heidi Health: The system we use is Heidi Health, a secure, encrypted platform seamlessly integrated with our practice management system. The app converts the audio from our consultations into tailored clinical notes that effectively communicate with your referring doctors and medical network.

Compliance and Security: Heidi Health fully complies with AHPRA and HIPAA standards. It adheres to global encryption standards. Importantly, the recordings are not stored; instead, they are transformed into text using AI ad stored in our current Patient management system (Nookal). Unlike other systems, Heidi Health operates on a secure, partitioned platform, ensuring that data does not contribute to broader learning models.
